About the Book

With a tapestry of analogy, metaphor, humor and plain talk, Split Happens presents a unique approach to eliminating the stress connected with divorce and breakup. In plain English this book offers new ways to look at emotions and effective ways to handle them. It offers tools that can really make changes. Some are light some heavy, but they all work.

The analogy of Quasimodo illustrates how people "ring our bells" and what to do about it. The Terrorist metaphor helps explain the destructive beliefs that make recovery more difficult.

Split Happens is for anybody who ever said "I understand it intellectually, but I don't feel it in my gut." If you try the techniques, you'll be well on your way to getting over your breakup, feel good most of the time and know how to feel good all the time. Here is A way, not THE way, but it's a way that works.
