About the Author

Reverend Diana Williams is married to John Williams and the mother of four daughters (Keisha Vanleer, Anita Moore, Emojoy Williams and Dana Roberts) and one son (John II). She has three sons-in-laws (Cedric Vanleer, Omari Moore, and Jordan Roberts), a grandson (Christian Vanleer) and a granddaughter (Camille Vanleer). She is one of the Associate Pastors and the Director of Membership Development at Carter Tabernacle CME Church in Orlando, Florida, where Rev. Roderick Zak is the pastor.

Rev. Diana is an ordained Elder in the CME Church and is authorized to expound Scriptures, hold Gospel meetings, perform marriages, celebrate the Sacrament, offer pastoral counseling and conduct clergy visits to the sick and incarcerated.

She has served as presenter on Women and Spirituality at The Black Women’s Expo in Orlando, Florida; Speaker for Ground Breakers Annual Fall Conference; Guest Revivalist at West Point Academy; Founding Member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Orlando Chapter; Executive Board Member of Leadership Orlando and Executive Board Member of the Christian Reading Society.

The Scripture promise that she walks in by faith comes from Isaiah 43:19, “Behold I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth…” She encourages others to come along and be a part of the “New Thing” that God is doing in this generation.
