COMMENCEMENT
Enter upon this American love story about a pair of unlikely lovers who are stretched to deal with the continuous weaves of deception as set forth by the main character's domineering mother, Regina Booker. Beginning in 1948, Regina sets out to preserve the love of her ill born son at all costs, even at the risk of his death. However, later in life when love blossoms for Regina's aged son, determined lover's rely on resolution and courage in order to move the evil Regina Jackson Booker aside. After love is sliced, divided, tested and forbidden, love will then stand the chance of being uprooted out of the most dreadful circumstances just in time.

With love regulating their hearts, is Terence and Princess-Lee's bond going to be strong enough to withstand the ever so present evil forces of a mother who would do anything to keep her son's love from leaving her or will a mad scientist's creation preserve her opprobrious reputation by ending up in the hands of the wrong person? Will Terence and Princess-Lee make it to the end of the rainbow together? Or will the challenges awaiting them prompt them to make choices that will take their love asunder? Enjoy what you discover in the pages to come, for this is a story that will change your view of what love is really all about. For their sheer will and courage, Janitor, Terence J.T. They will go down in romance history for centuries to come for waging a battle for love that I assure you has never existed before in our lifetime

About the Author

Carol-Denise Mitchell, "CD" as she is sometimes called, was motivated to write A Love Worth Fighting For to illustrate to her readers that love at any age can be felt from the heart. In an effort to introduce strong, successful men and women, her characters are empowered with independence and wealth and the fearlessness to go after what they want at all cost. This story of love, evil and possession was a subject that actually blossomed into a story from a true life experience the author had that she contends, "had to be told to the world." Carol-Denise is the author of one of Oakland, California's 1995 best selling books, What Happened to Suzy. Born the sixth of Tasceaie and Zebbie Charles' sixteen children, on May 12, 1955 in Los Angeles, California, the Watts, native is the mother of two adult sons, Shuun and Daryle, and now makes her home in Concord, California, a city by the Bay. When she is not writing, she works as a Resident Services Coordinator for an Apartment Community in San Francisco, CA.
