I was four years old when my mom invited me to visit her at her apartment in LA. She locked me in for four days. I could not get out. She locked the door with a combination lock and told me she would Be back soon. I kept the TV on for days. I was scared of the dark. I ran out of food and began eating shredded wheat with sugar and water. By the fourth day there was no food left. Her boyfriend came by to visit her. I screamed to him that I was locked inside. He kicked the door in due to not knowing the combination. I hugged him and requested macaroni and cheese. A big Pot so I would not go hungry waiting for her return.
Is it better to grow up with people who know about life. Or is it better to grow up with people who are caught up in life. That is the question? Will the knowledgeable allow the blind deaf and dumb lead the world into complete chaos? Or slow down enough to right the wrongs. NIMBY you say. Oh but it is you who walks By it on your way to the pool. It’s buried a half inch under your beautiful lawn. It wasn’t so bad forty or fifty years ago. Now its uprooting right in front of Your rose colored glasses. Keep tinting those sunglasses. Keep removing your quaint selves when the sewage begins to reek. No matter where you go it will follow. Hearts, minds and innermost attitudes have to change If you want the stench to go away. What do I mean by Stench. The rotten smell of injustice, ignorance and mistrust. FEAR is a better way to label this type of holocaust. There is no time so hurry before Suddenly all is lost. JFK had it right " Ask not what your world can do for you." Ask what can you do for your world. Have a great exploration and Read.

This is going to be a book that takes you go back in time. For adults: This will remind you of your flower child days. For children: The book will allow you to recall your own Holocaust. That’s right audience. I am a New York author bringing forth truth, Justice and the half-ass American way. These contents, if shaken, will be explosive. Take the ride, and ride the wave. Trust me it’s coming your way sooner than you think. Don’t hide this book, or divide this book. Don’t waste this book. Allow others to taste this book. Never a dull moment, if I can recall. This is what everyone is looking for in a book. Have a nice read.
About the Author
E.F. GOODE was born in California. She is a single woman of Blackfoot, Ethiopian, and Jamaican descent.
Her Pastime pleasures include brainstorming, conversation, painting, pseudo/spiritual math to the highest degree, joking and having fun. Her goal is to help abused children and adults, as well as animals. She is a first time author with a one shot deal.
