While the majority of the people in America go about their daily lives unaware of the transformation taking place by a secret society working inside the federal government, and what is to take place in the world shortly; preparations are being made for the greatest social and political changes that the world has seen. This new directive and a new manipulated secret society is called, "A NEW WORLD ORDER."
Every day, a squad of extremely well trained National Intelligence Alliance agents secretly breaks into office buildings, warehouses, and the private residence of law abiding African American citizens. These citizens are highly respected individuals who are involved in the mainstream industries of this country's economy. The NIA's mission is to install hidden microphones and cameras in these places without intrusively interrupting the people who work in and occupy these structures. They leave their custom-designed surveillance equipment behind to monitor the movement of their targets. These agents are members of an elite secret group controlled by the NIA. When the time comes, they use this intelligence to kidnap or obliterate their targets on the spot if needed.
NIA representatives have refused to confirm that an elite, undisclosed hit squad existed, and denied that they were involved in assassinations, kidnapping, fraud and extortion. In 1999, in front of a Congressional committee, the NIA testified that their organization was only an intelligence group organized to protect U.S. citizens from terrorism, and said the kidnapping and assassination charges filed against them were false. Whatever the reason for their bureaucratized silence, their missions are constrained by their clandestine pledge.
The intelligence obtained by the special squads is considered crucial and imperative to their mission. Over the pass three years, there were over seven hundred secret break-ins sponsored by the NIA. In 1988, a crucial decision was made to invest a generous sum of money; about $100 million, in confidential research to develop the tools and methods the agency needed to overpower the advanced computer warning and security systems installed by those whose property it seeks to invade.
One secret document obtained by a reliable source indicated that a man named Bob Anderson organized the break-ins. His plan was divided into five intensive steps. First, the mission must be identified: What is needed from the invasion? Second, the agency would observe the subject and acquire the intelligence needed by the NIA. Third, the agency would take additional steps, such as in obtaining the building's architectural blueprints, to study and learn the layout of the entire structure. Fourth, the agency members would amass the distinctive gear and acquire the surveillance equipment they would need to install at the target's home or office. The fifth and final step was the invasion itself. The NIA may invade a business or home countless of times to achieve the complete success of their mission.
Over the last few years, the NIA steadily added a new mission to its already intimidating arsenal, code named: "Eradication Without Mercy (EWM)," meaning obliterating the target on the spot if they targeted individual refused to release certain documents about their company to the NIA. Anderson has chosen to exercise this option in most cases. He has become an even more complex man than he was a decade ago.
The NIA has been experiencing some difficulties currently, which it blames on a company called "K-Group Intelligence," owned by Kavon Bell, a dedicated, courageous and competent individual. The problem, according to the NIA, has been the development of clever new computer systems, which are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to control. Adding to these complications, the NIA claims that the new computer-controlled locking systems generate a warning alert which sends messages to the headquarters of Shield Security, Inc, owned and operated by Sylvia Mooreland. Mooreland's company protects retired Congressional leaders who have access to information about this country's national security, as well as active CEOs and presidents of Major Corporation's, which have ties to government intelligence sources.
Each time an intruder attempts to illegally penetrate or disarm one of the security systems, the computer will transmit an encrypted message within seconds to Shield Security's central surveillance post. From there, ex-military intelligence officers hired by Shield Security investigate and report the incident to Ms. Mooreland, who then determines the next course of action.
Anderson has reported to his bosses that K-Group and Shield Security have gathered bona fide intelligence about their members and the operations of the NIA. A decision was made that K- Group and Shield Security is a security risk, and those involved must be eliminated.
Kavon and Sylvia had served together in a U.S. Air Force intelligence unit in South America. During this time, they became close friends, and Kavon's loyalty to Sylvia became intense. Sylvia had provided him with intelligence about unidentified guerrilla fighters (Americans) sent out to assassinate him while he was on mission to rescue a fellow comrade. Kavon was so grateful for Sylvia's bravery that he clearly feels he owed Sylvia his life. This motivated Kavon to vouch for her when the NIA threatened to shut down her security firm. But he couldn't watch over her all the time.
Kavon believes he has connected the NIA with Sylvia kidnapping, and is determined to find her, and punish her kidnappers with the same ultimate punishment he had enacted upon the killers in South America.
Kavon has close relationships with his friends, Dr. Aaron Washington, Jarvis Grimes and Tyree Kelly, just to name a few. He has love affairs with very attractive and successful women whom conform to his every expectation.

Kavon and Sylvia were stationed together and served together in a United States Air Force Intelligence unit in South America. Doing this time, they became close friends, and his loyalty to Sylvia became intense. Sylvia presented to him the intelligence he needed that saved his life on a mission in Honduras when he was ambushed by several unknown American troops. Kavon was so pleased with Sylvia's concern for him that he clearly feels he owes his life to her. That motivated Kavon to vouch for her when the NIA threaten to shutdown her Security Firm. Kavon believes that someone or some organization that Sylvia protects have close connections with the NIA which has kidnapped her.
He is determinate to find Sylvia, and punish her kidnappers with the same ultimate punishment he imparted upon the killers in South America. He appears to have a close relationship with his friends, especially Dr. Aaron Washington, Jarvis Grimes and Tyree Kelly just to name a few. He has love affairs with very attractive and successful women whom conform to his every expectation.
About the Author
I was born in Chicago Illinois, raised in a small town in Sumter County, Alabama, and now reside in Fayetteville, Georgia. I began writing as a form of therapy more than six years ago after an unusual event that nearly ended my life. The circumstances surrounding this event encouraged me to write Bound By Deception. A great deal of soul searching on my part was necessary in making the decision to write this novel. As you can readily imagine, it's a subject wide open for scrutiny, ridicule and ostracizing. Indeed, I'm sure this novel will turn a lot of heads, but "I had to write it." Even though I can imagine a list of questions I'll get when this book is read, I'll still be mystified when they're asked because the answers are all connected to fiction. As far as I'm concerned, the information I know relating to Bound By Deception specifically, has absolutely no impact on our national security as I know of. The information I've documented in this book is a fictional writing. It is a story of my personal imagination as an intuitive ex-intelligence officer working as an Intelligence Consultant on National Security issues when he uncovers a conspiracy by a secret organization operating within the federal government.
