It is essential that a proper balance of all ten of the above mentioned factors be accomplished. In so doing, the individual is then prepared to maximize the quality of his life.
It is also necessary to understand that all success in life is founded on five basic principles, (1) understanding where you are, (2) knowing where you want to go, (3) knowing how to get there, (4) believing that you can fulfill a goal and (5) your desire to achieve it. These five principles feed all of the other ingredients, which are indispensable for rejuvenating and preserving wholeness. My entire program therefore attempts to nourish and expand these five key qualities.

About the Author
The author, earned a BS. degree in Education from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in 1989. He also completed nutritional health programs from the American Holistic College of Nutrition in 1993 and is a Certified Professional member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. He also completed the Doctor of Bio-Energetics certification through the Academy of Bio-Energetics in Springfield, Missouri.
