About the Author

Jim was born and raised in Virginia where he lived with his Father and Mother and twelve brothers and sisters for 17 years.

After high school and three years in the Army Air Corps Jim came to Chicago, Illinois September 1st 1946 to attend school. While attending school Jim started working for a large company in Chicago. After graduation he remained with the company for 41 years. While working for the company he became a Christian on October 17 1949 at the age of 23.

He was made Chaplain of the company and worked in that area for 20 years of the 41 years he worked for the company.

He has served the Lord in many areas over many years. (53 and counting) Jim has seen God work in many ways in and through his life.

Most of his Christian walk has been as a Lay Minister. Preaching. Teaching. And Soul Winning. (Giving others the saving knowledge of Christ through his death and resurrection).

Some of his greatest blessing has come from working with other churches in several states sharing the Gospel and watching them grow in grace and knowledge of God.

This walk has not been easy but through it all God’s grace has been more than sufficient. (1 Corinthians 12:9)
