About the Book

Down through the ages the masses have asked the questions "Is the Bible true?" "Does God really exist?" And if so "is there really a Messiah who would some day set up a Godly Kingdom?" And if so "Who is He?"

This writing examines thirty-two Old Testament prophecies that were fulfilled in the New Testament, including those of Moses, David, Job, Isaiah, Balaam, Micah, Hosea, Jeremiah, Malachi, Zechariah and Daniel. The prophecies are recorded in the following twelve Old Testament Books. Genesis, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Job, Psalms, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel, Hosea, Micah, Zechariah, and Malachi.

This brings us to the conclusion that Jesus is in fact the promised Messiah.

About the Author

Author Ray Watkins, was born in Oakland California June 30, 1935. He is married with four children, twelve grand children and two great grandchildren. His mother passed away in 1941, Ray lived in a Jewish Orphanage in Denver Colorado until the end of World War II.

The time spent in the Orphanage gave Ray insight into the Old Testament that would in later years prove extremely valuable in analyzing the Bible and relating it's contents to the day and age we live. At the age of 17 he joined the US Air Force and spent 10 years as a Radio Operator and Communications Analyst. Upon leaving the Air Force Ray became a Police Officer on the Chula Vista Police Department in San Diego County, California. It was while living in Chula Vista that Ray accepted "Christ as His Savior". He writes "One day I was hearing a series of lectures on the Tabernacle in the Wilderness from the Old Testament. During those series I realized that the Tabernacle, from its very structure to the Sacrifices offered were but a picture of the Lord Jesus Christ. I prayed the "sinners prayer" and became a Christian, my life has never been the same since". Ray went on to become the Chief of Police in Exeter California while at the same time serving as a Baptist Evangelist. Ray retired from the Fresno County Sheriff's Department in 2000 having overseen the Departments Automated Systems, Records and Crime Analyst Unit. This writing is the first in a series he has had on his heart for several years.
