"There’s enough things in life to give us guilt trips. We can at least eliminate this one by our positive decision right now." "In addition, we can both can totally relax, and fully enjoy our dates." "What do mean by totally relax?" he asked. "I can relax, knowing you are not going to try anything. You can relax, since you no longer will have to wonder during the date ‘when do I make a move?’ So, with the possibility of sex being gone, we can just totally relax, and have fun on all our dates." The message that evening by Br. Mike Colby was from the passage in Ephesians 6:11-17 about putting on the whole armor of God. In the Kings James’ version of The Bible verse 11 tells us to "Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Verse 13 reiterates the thought by saying, "Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." The other verses found from the passage verse 11 through 17 describes the various pieces of armor. But these two verses spoke so clearly to them. One of the many wiles of the devil that was prevalent in everyday life was the temptation to have premarital sex. But, by choosing to apply the verses to their dating life they figured it would be quite difficult to misbehave sexually. They would be able to withstand Satan’s attack thrown at them by society’s attitude that premarital sex was okay, that celibacy was ridiculous. The first few minutes of the ride to Reynoldsburg were enjoyable as they discussed how the sermon was the Lord's way of reassuring them that they had made the right decision on the way to church. Wearing God’s armor would make it easier to succeed at their goal to have their relationship develop on an emotional, and spiritual level rather than just physical. Ron had a tape playing of some country/western songs. One of the songs played that night became their song. Kenny Roger's song, Lady begins with the line, "Lady, I'm your knight in shining armor." It was as if God was again reinforcing the decision they had made on the way to church. First the sermon, now the song. When they had left home that night Phebe had no idea that the theme for the night would be armor.

Two Christian post office workers are introduced by a mutual friend, Sharon. Although she believed from the start the two are a couple "made in heaven" Phebe wasn’t that impressed with Ron. Penny Peotimo, the self proclaimed queen of procrastination, finally has her first book ready for you to enjoy. As she progressed in completing this book, she has provided faithful service to her country by being an employee in the United States Treasury Department. She is the youngest of seven. She and her twin brother are her parents’ second set of twins. Their birth made the newspaper, since they were the first set of twins born in Lebanon, Missouri in 1948. She still has three living brothers, and one sister. Besides this book, she has one published poem, and has submitted several short stories for publication. She is a graduate of Tennessee Temple College, Chattanooga, Tennessee, class of 1977 with a B.S. in elementary education. She has also graduated from the Long Ridge Writing Group, West Redding, Connecticut. She resides in Rayville, Missouri, with the love of her life, Rodney, her husband of seventeen years. Their only "child" is Ladybug, their four year old, very active, very intelligent, Welsh Corgi, Pembroke.
