The sky was changing from light blue to a darker shade of blue. The early stars were becoming visible in the changing sky. The breeze had dropped leaving a very warm still night. As I watched her I began to feel nervous. Something was brewing of this I was certain. It is funny that one does know what will happen next. Maybe not the exact details but the general run of things. The direction things were going to take. As I considered his remarks I was left puzzling over his question concerning my affection and loyalty to Sarah. What did this mean? At last Sarah came from the kitchen with the tray of cheese and coffee. As she came out of the kitchen door I just stared at her with my mouth open. It was such a huge transformation. I knew then that my premonition of something unpleasant was about to be revealed to me was no illusion. I just could not believe my eyes. As she got nearer I could see every detail of her. She had put on one of those jet-black rubber fetish dresses, which I had seen in the wardrobe on my arrival. It was so revealing that I just did not know how it stayed on her. Have you told him what needs to happen to solve our problem?" "No. I thought you could handle him first and then we can both tell him." About the Author
The author was born in London in 1931. He was brought up in the suburbs of South West London. He went to primary school and then at the outbreak of war in 1939l, he was sent to Devon to live with his sister at a Great Aunt’s house. He returned to London and after experiencing further bombing his parents sent him to a Grammar School, which was evacuated outside London. He created his own bakery business and after a short illness opened a computerised bookkeeping bureau. He has now retired to the South West of France where he lives on a farm with his wife. He is now able to write about experiences he has seen and witnessed in life.
