I object to any of the continuances being on my request. I object to whoever forged my name to waiver my right to an arraignment on July 25, 1997. I am asking that this case be dismissed. My ninety days was up October 8, 1997. My family who has power of attorney to sign, file, and work on my case. On October 8 they were given a list of lawyers. They have been asking for the list since July 19, 1997. They are trying to find a lawyer. Then Nairobi explains what happen on October 8, 1997. My family was told on October 8 that the public defender office wanted a Michael Howard to be my assistant, to be counsel for me, which I objected to and they object to. I, Nairobi Teasley, wish all my rights not be violated. Judge Nail said, very nice, okay. Now, you want Mr. Free to represent you or not, sir? I said yes, Nairobi did not. Judge said, now they tell me you want Mr. Free. All right. Mr. Free is appointed to your case. Get together with Mr. Free.

About the Book
There is a need for the truth to be told. This could happen to any family. Nairobi was 18 years old. He has spent his 19th through 23rd birthday behind bars, for a crime he did not commit. His civil rights have been seriously violated. Nairobi saw Mr. Free for 1 ½ hours before the trial and before he was appointed. Never again did he talk with Mr. Free. About the Author
In my book Nairobi Teasley, One Hour 30 Minutes Defenseless. . . Lamb, I was motivated to write this book about the unfair treatment given Nairobi, my youngest son, as well as Nairobi’s brother John Jr, and myself. These are things that happened to John Jr. and myself for trying to support Nairobi and his defense. I was born in Summerville, South Carolina. My husband John Sr. and I have five children: John Jr., Tonya, Ieichia, Nairobi and Rhodesia. I am the proud grandmother of twelve grandchildren. Raphael, Jamila, William, Nairobi Jr., Randi, De Jong, Donnish, Nairobi McQueen, Nyasij McQueen, Indonesia McQueen, Khydesia McQueen. In addition to being a homemaker, I am an author and have held various office positions.
