The things I write, the things I say
Are sure to hit a nerve some day.
I must say what I know best.
I mean no harm I must confess.
The things I had to face inside
Were not nice and I cried.
My "ego" got in my way.
For sure it cold not stay.
Please share my pain.
Your emotions need not be a drain.
Wild emotions come reeling out.
They confuse issues without a doubt.
To get past feelings is a lesson,
The universe will keep on testing.
Learn the first time around.
To the same lesson refuse to be bound.
There is so very much to learn.
From life lessons none can turn.
One can learn nice and easy,
Or one can be driven crazy.
Each really has a choice,
One needs only to listen to his inner voice.
Sit still and be quiet too.
That is all one must learn to do.
Ask questions that concern you.
Refuse thoughts that are not good.
Do that as you should.
In your imagination see the best,
To heavenly forces leave the rest.
Keep good pictures in the mind’s eye.
The glimpses were sent form on high.
Ugliness is all around.
It needs no searching to be found.
To give it any attention at all
Allows it not to remain small.
This must be avoided at all costs,
Each one is his own boss.
Of the self each must take command.
Each is part of a universal plan.
All change on this earth will come,
But it can only be done one by one.
Are you ready to take your place?
You are filling an important space.
You are more important than you think.
From yourself you must refuse to shrink.
Are you friend or enemy inside?
From yourself do not try to hide.
There is never another to blame.
Each knows the rules of the game.
For each one they are the same.
They are numbered one to ten.
Practice them and be your own friend!
