About the Book

Everybody is a problem, has a problem, lives with problems or causes problems. If you have difficulties, deal with problem people or find yourself in conflict with others, Hope and Change for Humpty Dumpty will help you survive and thrive.

If you are someone who wants to influence others to change, then this book is for you. If you encounter folks who need mental-emotional healing, order it today. Written by change experts for the lay audience it contains insights from psychological research and offers simple yet profound steps of being a helper to those in need-including yourself.

Gary Sweeten and Steve Griebling are clinical counselors and marriage and family therapists who train pastors and lay helpers how to respond to broken people, hurting marriages and dysfunctional families. They have distilled the wisdom and insights usually reserved for expert psychotherapists and put it into plain language along with spiritual wisdom so ordinary people can use it to influence others at the office, church, small group or home.

Do you know someone who drinks too much, reads pornography, smokes, has an eating problem or difficulty at school? Are you ever asked for wisdom, counsel or advice by co-workers, friends, family members or fellow church members? Do you ever say, "I told them what to do but they just wouldn’t do it. What can I do?" You can learn how to be a more effective counselor and friend by grasping the insights presented by these internationally known teachers.

Humpty and Mrs. Dumpty are looking for loving people with answers to life’s chronic problems. You will learn how to provide them hope and change by mastering the four critical dimensions of influence and the three steps of all successful care and counsel. Filled with stories, examples and case studies, Hope and Change for Humpty Dumpty has inspired and helped discover practical ways to offer guidance to audiences in America, Europe, Russia and Asia. It is a manual that will prepare you to be on the cutting edge of the latest "technology" of human relations and spiritual influence.
