Marie Hilley lives in Fort Washington, MD and was born in Washington D.C. She developed an interest in poetry and an admiration for poets in the ninth grade, her favorite being Robert Frost and Robert Browning. Hilley, at age thirty-nine, finds that the poems in this anthology are about people she admires as well as about her sincere interests. She hopes that they are yours too.
