About the Author

The author started this project approximately 10 years ago in his mind. He knew it was a big project and dreamed of expanding it into a network. He needs writers, novelists and journalists to join his cause so all people have their rights.

The author has worked since he was fourteen years old and has seen many types of favoritism. This is the reason that we must get started NOW on our quest for honesty. Anyone can be a catalyst and messenger. But we must get started.

The creed behind all of my books, short stories, or volumes is to always communicate to the regular person(s). The ones that work hard but never seem to get ahead for one reason or the other. To give these people a way to communicate back to us and others. It does not take lawyers, doctors, or such, it only takes concerned citizens that know wrong is being done.

The closing thoughts in each volume will be for citizens to answer back or make comments. There are several people involved, so these comments will be used and/or at least monitored. The author believes that you must know you have a problem and then brainstorm to fix it. DO NOT WAIT until the problem is big.

People (all people) believe they are doing great because no one tells (advises) them of anything. Remember that if you don’t inform employees of rules and how they are doing, "They Can Not and Will Not Grow (as an employee)." The author also believes that as responsible adults you must work with the management team. You do not snitch, you are informing of how things are. You are telling of safety hazards and by doing so, are saving your job(s) and/or even a life.

One incident comes quickly to mind. An employee who refused to wear his safety glasses lost an eye to a flying projectile. It was like knowing the winning numbers to the lottery Sunday morning after you read them. Employees came up and told stories on "I could have told them that was going to happen." The boss should have talked to him.

The author also believes that one person can make a difference to change the world. This must be done by getting the good, ideal information to the right people. We (Americans) have to start righting all the wrongs that we’ve done. Most people with good ideas are not in journalism. They can, however, do the identifying of the problems and get problems or suggestions emphasized. These people are talking from the heart and we (people with ways to do it) must start to listen...NOW.

The author has worked years on trying to set up a network so that the truth can be known. I feel very strongly that I’m about to accomplish my goal. Even if only to get the title used, to make people aware and get people talking and involved.

I believe that the workers can get things through to the management just by being involved. We (through this series) can teach them the way to do it.
