A young man from Texas died from an overdose of heroin. His father, a Texas oil-man, in heartfelt grief, joined with others to fund an agency that was so needed that the government gave this agency arrest powers above the federal government.

Other counties had also welcomed these brave men and women and had given them arrest powers above their own law enforcement agencies.

To refuse aid to this agency was a crime, a felony charge. Now you can follow along as Wold Investigations Narcotics Division sets out to stop the flow of heinous drugs that are sold to loved ones, making them slaves due to addiction to those illicit narcotics.

Prologue

Drugs meant wealth to him. Bobby Lee Turner had figured out the perfect way to become rich before he was thirty. He knew that nothing could stand in his way; no one could stop him.

To Bobby, the only thing that counted was money. Everything else he could get with it; nothing else mattered. He knew that as far as the world was concerned, those with money were first class and the rest were there to do the bidding of others.

For once there would be someone who would beat the system. That someone would be Bobby Lee Turner. He had always heard that winning was the only thing and he was going to be one of the winners. Being a survivor wasn’t going to be enough for him. He had to be a winner and inside he felt it, knew he was one.
