Joe Hilbers has spent most of a lifetime career in journalism, writing about wine and alcoholic beverages. In this pursuit, he has been to ten wine producing countries and nine states in the U.S. that are factors in the wine industry.

merchants in California. Previously, he was Southern California Manager for a group of business publications that were published for the wine, spirits and hospitality industries.
