About the Book

Every day news reports are filled with tragic stories of murder, rape, general beatings and other acts of aggression and evil. Many convicted of these crimes admit freely that they were out of control when they committed their crimes.

The underlying theme of this book is that there could be more stability in troubled minds if their problems could be addressed directly. Undoubtedly, this is where aggression, anxiety and evil begin.

These three approaches to these mental problems are theoretical, but nonetheless based on solid reality. The author approaches this book from the perspective that all confusion is based on negative concepts. To aid in the resolution of these negative concepts require other concepts more beneficial to a healthy mind. This was the approach to the book you are about to read. Good concepts are beneficial for addressing bad concepts.

By all means judge for yourself. Perhaps you the reader may develop other ideas from these, or possibly expound on the concepts therein.

About the Author

The author lives and works in San Diego California, writing in his spare time. His earlier education includes a degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona, in 1992.

His writing began as a hobby in high school, but continued on, although sporadically, until his publication of Impulses and Evil in the Spring of 2000.

His interests are numerous, but none so prevalent as his desire to write stories and self-help publications. With a belief that writing is a skill requiring much practice and dedication, as well as, and most importantly, theories and ideas to write about.

Through the years the author has traveled extensively throughout the Western United States, and heard many stories from friends he has met along the way. Many second hand stories, which were surely expounded on, were of darker tales of evil and aggression. But perhaps his greatest view of the problems of the condition came from the common medium of television news, and documentaries which are filled with all ranges of problems in society.

Over time he began to carefully consider the information looking for solutions not yet found, using natural strengths we all possess.
