INTRODUCTION "THE ILLUSION OF AMERICAN JUSTICE."
This story is about the injustices being committed in Federal Courts, perhaps everywhere, but particularly in the City of Chicago. It is also about the struggles of five people trying to get justice!
The court once stood as the very temple of the law, with the authority to act as an arbitrator, to be impartial, and with reasoned judgement to rule accordingly to the Constitutional laws, to settle political disputes!
Behind the bench, the judges who reside in Federal Court have enormous power, with a great responsibility to maintain Constitutional principles of a free government, to uphold "equality and justice for all."
However; in today’s courts "judicial behavior," has become more involved in much bureaucratic policies, political interference, causing constrains from making decisions according to the law, with less certainty, stability, and without using common sense. As one Supreme Court Judge stated, "decisions have become more of an event, rather than the process."
The courts should be the guardian angels of our basic value choices found only in the constitution and are not to be used as confrontations in liberal or conservative situations, to appease certain groups of people, including politicians.
Unfortunately, in today’s courts, because many judges find themselves under the influence of the political arena, they disallow and suppress factual, accurate evidence, and often times, violates the civil rights of those who bring their cases before the court, causing them to lose the case.
One of the greatest sources of the U.S. Justice System going wrong stems from our federal Courts and Congress. When criminal or civil cases reach the federal courts; Congress allows federal court clerks to decide federal appeals. Bribed law clerks conceal much of the fraud and crimes of presidents, politicians, corporate barons, famous sports figures, the rich and famous as well as the criminals.

About the Book
I had been doing some serious writing about crime and inept politicians whom I believed were selling our constitutional laws for votes, power, and greed. In the early part of 1996, I was contacted by Eugene Wzorek, a young man who had been fighting the Chicago Federal Courts for over fourteen years, asking me to help him expose the corruption he discovered during his ordeal that left him with practically nothing. I asked Wzorek, "Why me?" since there were hundreds more experienced writers than I. He told me that he had a long string of professional journalists on his case who wanted to expose the corruption, but couldn’t because if they went all the way they would have lost their jobs. After a long conversation with Wzorek, I decided to give it a shot! From the beginning, I contacted politicians, political organizations, institutes, and talk-show hosts; and, in spite of all the evidence that Wzorek had, they turned us down because they feared exposing the corruption. By this time, others came forth with evidence showing how the Chicago Federal Courts also shafted them. I decided that the best way to expose all this corruption was to write a book. Since much of the corruption was taking place in the White House and on Capitol Hill, with all the lies, misdeeds, fraud, corruptive maneuvering by U.S. Senators, the U.S. Attorney General, and inept politicians trying to cover up President Bill Clinton’s immoral behavior and misdeeds (even ignoring the 60(B) Rule of Law), I believed that it was time to expose the corruption on a national basis. I still believe that in spite of all the so-called modern technologies, books are the greatest source of information and the best way to go! *** "The Information that you furnished is certainly disturbing, as is the predictable attitude of the Attorney General and her minions--. About the Author
If I were to write all about the author (me), I would have to write volumes. My parents came from Northern Italy, met in this country, fell in love, and got married. I was born during the most depressive years in an old established Italian neighborhood located on Chicago’s West Side. I have a younger sister whom I love dearly. My love for music and singing began at age four while listening to records on an old phonograph. I would sing along with the prima donnas, hitting the high notes without problem. I was labeled a "child prodigy." That label brought about years of music and voice lessons. I made my debut on the concert stage at the age of eight. My ambition of becoming a great prima donna was interrupted by love, marriage, and two daughters. I decided to become a part-time entertainer because my family came first. I have been married to the same man for fifty-eight years. I have been an activist all my life! I have also been involved in volunteer and charitable work. In between the above, I have battled cancer (1954) and was struck by a drunken driver as a pedestrian (1958). I have endured the senseless killing of my beautiful eighteen-year-old, Carrie Christine Gottschalk, on June 19, 1990, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I believed my life was over at that point until I began to write. After moving from the city of Chicago because my neighborhood became infested with drugs and crime, I moved to a suburban township that I believed was safe. However, it wasn’t long before I smelled corruption in the road commissioner’s office regarding unpaved streets and sidewalks. I made an appointment with the Cook County District Attorney, gathered in two other couples and the next morning went to see him. We talked and he listened, especially when I asked him to seize the books and have them audited. The next morning the Chicago Tribune had our photo on the front page and announced that a scandal was going to brew in South Stickney Township, Illinois! Corruption was proven and the "crooks" were indicted, found guilty, and sent to prison. Again, I am trying to help Wzorek expose corruption that has been going on forever from the city of Chicago all the way to the White House! And that is a short version of my life.
