"We told you to stay with us! I am here at the world headquarters of the UWIPC. Representatives of countries from all over the world are here to meet and decide what should be done about the United States being out of compliance. As reported earlier, the United States is in violation of the rules and regulations of the UWIPC. Many press conferences and meetings are on-going. It appears that several countries are divided in their assessment of this situation. Remember folks, this problem has come to light because the United States jumped the gun and sent their space ship Genesis One on a mission to the newly discovered planet Zeaneth. Keep in mind, the United States and Japan deadlocked at the last voting session of the UWIPC in reference to which country would lead the mission to Zeaneth and do further exploration. It was decided that another vote must be taken. Of course we now know that the United States decided to not wait for the vote.
