About the Book

Señorita Tierra: Reflecting and Healing the Soul is a collection of poetry, parables and lyrics that express the genuine joy, struggle, reflection, sharing and renewal of the author through the gift of writing.  Señorita Tierra is the Spanish form of Ms. Earth.  It represents spirituality, completeness, wisdom, reflection, insight, growth, hope, innocence and sorrow.  The collection of poetry represents a poem with the same title.  It is an appreciation for self and all that God created within self.  This represents the physical, spiritual, emotional, professional, maternal and mental.  It is the embracing of womanhood.  Balancing the good and the bad - always enduring and rising to the occasion.

About the Author

Toya D. Booth is a Minister, Writer, Poet and Educator.  Ms. Booth is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and currently resides in New York.  She is the author of Sistah Dear, a fictional novel and the founder of Essence of Love Ministries and Productions birthed in May of 2000.  She is best known for her inspirational messages, Mission for Christ, and poetic consultation.  Ms. Booth’s writings are a reflection of her personal article of faith in which she states, “I am not my own but all I am is because of Him.  Therefore, I choose each day to live life so that my Lord may receive the glory by giving of myself with the motive of causing a ripple of positive change."
