The Spider Who Never Gave Up

Travis Flores wrote the "Spider Who Never Gave Up" when he was 8 years old. This children's story is about a spider, named Sparkey, who could not spin a web. With some encouragement from his mom he never gave up trying and finally he spins a perfect web.

Travis wrote this story as a similarity to his own life and his battle with Cystic Fibrosis.

When Travis started being admitted to the hospital, he met other children that were sick, and he wanted to help encourage them to never give up. This inspired him to write this story.

This book is one of Travis' ways to reach out with his message of encouragement to other people to never give up on what they want to do in life or on their dreams no matter how bad things get.
