When you think of someone being homeless, stranded or down & out I am pretty sure all kinds of things come to mind. Some real and some perceived but all gives you perspective on how you will act towards that individual or that situation. My interest in this matter is not some mountain top revelation, nor does it make my efforts any greater than the next persons. What you will find in the book my quest to do my part in this century long struggle and hopefully awareness from a common person's perspective (Not that of the Government, Organized Religion or Social Organization although each of these groups play a huge part in tackling this problem) who through his faith just wants to find ways to tackle this problem.

About the Book
Nicknames can be used to describe the character of an individual, the look of an individual, or a quick way of shortening a person’s name. Some nicknames are given by others, while some nicknames are derived by the individual. Whatever the case, the nickname is unique to that person. Although some individuals may have the same nickname, but from where that nickname was derived from is unique. We have compiled over 3,500 different and unique nicknames in alphabetical order, but we didn’t stop there. We decided to add a little humor by thinking out loud and wondering why someone has such a nickname.
About the Author
Rodney Brooks is the president and founder of Brothers Brooks Vision 2 Mission LLC, and their mission is “To be the best in helping all people excel in all aspects in life.” As a certified professional in human resource, Brooks meets many different people in his profession. One of the key elements is a person name or what they would like to be called—i.e., nickname. Having been given several different nickname in his own right Brooks decided to embark on how many different and unique nicknames he could come up with. Living in the south, he is well aware that the nickname is just as important as the real name. It does not matter if you live in Little Rock, Arkansas; Atlanta, Georgia; Memphis, Tennessee; or his current resident of Meridian, Mississippi. Having given his four children some unique names, it seemed only fitting for him to have a little fun and see all the interesting nicknames that are out there.
