About the Book

This is an overview of my experiences sustaining the dreaded brain injury. I also go into some of circumstances which led to my injury. Writing this was an enlightening project that I hope will not forsake me. I have ultimately been working on this for years. More recently, however, I have added more pages. I have tried to paint as accurate of a picture as possible of my injury for this project. It is my hope that I can inspire others not to make the same mistakes I’ve made. This head injury or concussion was not fun. If I can utilize this debacle to teach others to avoid putting themselves in situations such as this, it would be worth it.

About the Author

My name is Ivan Loesch. Herein lies a little background on me as a person. I am currently thirty-six years old, soon to be thirty-seven. I describe in detail the injury I sustained and the fallout of that injury on school and friends, my recuperation, and some points of interest. I hope that my story helps other people in such debilitating circumstances. I want to help in any way possible to alleviate suffering. For those still reeling from injuries at the hands of the sometimes careless public, you are not alone.
