To begin my analysis, I choose a well known prophetic quatrain documented and accepted by most scholars as having occurred unmistakably, the famous quatrain 1-35 foretelling the death of King Henri II in a jousting game accident in 1559. I found it to be the perfect tool to clearly see the numbers representing the year of the event by applying the above dating system, here is the prophecy:
Q 1-35 Date of accident: 30-06-1559, actual death: 10-07-1559 (DD/MM/YYYY) (Original French text) (Verbatim English translation)
Le Lyon ieune, le vieux surmontera, The young lion, the old to overcome
En champ bellique par singulier duelle: On the combat field by single battle:
Dans cage d’or les yeux luy crevera, In the golden cage he will pierce his eyes , Deux classes une, puis mourir, mort cruelle. Two class one, then to die, cruel death.
1-35 By Nostradamus calendars 1559 would = year 4967 (1559 + 3408* = 4967)
or year 6317 (1559 + 4758* = 6317) (*) Birth of Christ in 1st and 2nd Chronology and year 0 of our Calendar.
Therefore the numbers to look for in the quatrain are: 6317, 4967, 1559 and 10-7, here is how I found them with the French words of the quatrain converted in numbers by the value of each word: like “Le” = 2, “Lyon” = 4, “ieune” = 5 and so forth...
2 4 5 2 5 1 0 10 for the day of death of King Henri II (10-07-1559)
2 5 8 3 9 6 67 for the last two digit of the year 4967, and in group 1,6,3,7 for
4 4 3 3 4 3 7 the year 6317 = 1559 of our calendar
4 7 3 4 6 4 7 7 for the month of July.
As a result we can clearly see in the last vertical numbers;
10-07-67 corresponding to the date Henri II died.
Adding the underlined 4734 in last line to 233 in 4th column = 4967 or year 1559, (4967 - 3408 =
1559), confirming that we are on the right track, also;
2 4 5 2 5 1 0 24 + 525 + 10 = (1)559 the year of the event
2 5 8 3 9 6
4 4 3 3 4 3 7
4 7 3 4 6 4 7 47 and 7346 for 6347 = 1589, year of the death of Catherine de
Medicis the wife of Henri II.
In 2nd column 547 stands for years 1547, Coronation of King Henri II,
In 5th column 5946 for 4965 = 1557 (4965 - 3408 = 1557) = 6315 the year Nostradamus dedicated the prophecies to Henri II.
In 6th column 1634 for 6314 = 1556 Nostradamus visit to Catherine de Medicis.
The quatrain # 1.35 may confirm the numbers 3, 1, 5 of 6315 = 1557, the year the prophecies were dedicated to King Henri II. Also adding the 2 first digits 24 of 1st line to the quatrain number 35 =
59 for the year 1559...and adding 1 + 3 + 5 = 9 for the last digit of the year.
On the first line adding the consecutive numbers: 24 + 525 + 10 = 559 for the year 1559. Omitting the 2 on first lines and column, then adding 4525 + 442 = 4967 or 1559
Taking the number 4482 in 1st diagonal (bottom left up) divided by 4734 left on 1st line (and the
base of the angle) the result is 0.9467 or in different order = 4967 or 1559.
The same with the numbers at angle 2334 in 4th column divided by 2937 in 4th diagonal top line to bottom on the right = 0.7946 = 4967 or 1559
All of the above, if some are perhaps coincidental, do unmistakably refer to 4967, 6317 or year
1559
I was quite amazed to find so many numbers and combinations of numbers referencing the exact date and year of Henri II’s death and other dates pertaining to significant related events.
One could say that numbers can be picked, sorted and combined to arrive at whatever number you whish to obtain or simply be mere coincidences. To a certain extend I agree, however, similar general pattern of numbers representing the event date are going to be found all through the quatrains as they are decoded using this formula and that is no longer coincidental. In a 4 digits number the odds may be as low as 1 in 9999 when the digits are found in the exact order and as high as 1 in 40 otherwise in the very best case scenario. I defy anyone to play with the numbers and come up with that many numbers similarities that could identify a completely different date, it is easier said than done.
What really happen in 1559:
In June 1559 Henri II may have ignored all warnings against ritual combat from Nostardamus and his Queen Catherine de Medicis (I said “may have” because there is no historical evidence of warnings) and decided to celebrate the dual marriage of his sister Marguerite to the Duke of Savoy, and his daughter Elizabeth by proxy to King Philip II of Spain, by staging a three-day jousting tournament. A large public gathered from all over France along rue St Antoine outside Paris to see the athletic French king compete in jousting tournament, his favorite sport. He was dressed in full gilded armor, wielding a great lion-decorated shield.
After two festive days, Queen Catherine had just seen her husband’s final bout with Gabriel de
Lorge, Comte de Montgomery, end in a draw, and for a moment she could secretly sigh in relief.
