About the Author

Pamela Simmons Ivey is the Founder/President of The Budding Ivey Foundation (BIF), a non-profit organization serving the underrepresented, the at-risk and the needy. For more information on the foundation initiatives log on: www.buddingiveyfoundation.org. Pamela lives in Las Vegas with her mother Claudia. Pamela has two adult children, Phil and Cheyanne. In 2010, Pamela was introduced to the Enneagram (the study of 9 personality styles) and realized this tool can help adults understand and get along better with their children, family, friends, co-workers and business partners.
