About the Author

After a long and fulfilling career in computer technology, Ann Vinod has launched a new career in cooking and flute performance where she plays regularly with a local orchestra and a flute choir. She volunteers her time to promote the value of music education through leadership roles with The Texas Flute Society and the local Band Boosters Club in addition she directs the local high school flute choir. Her fascination with south Indian cuisine, which has grown over the last 25 years, led to the creation of Kachi’s Kitchen.
