About the Book

Have you ever felt stagnant because you didn’t know how to process the pain in your life? Has the pain from your past created deep wounds in your heart that need healing? Healing Empowerment of the Heart and Mind: How to Turn Your Pain Into Purpose embraces and guides you on your journey to emotional healing so that you can be empowered to step outside the shadows of your past and walk freely in the purpose that God has destined for your life. This book shares my testimony of the healing journey that I had to embrace, which compelled me to share my story of how God healed my broken heart from the pain of my past. Throughout each chapter, you will reflect and go through the process of facing your past, learning how to forgive, embracing your identity in Jesus Christ, and discovering your purpose to birth your destiny. True healing begins at the cross where Jesus bore our pain. If we desire to be emotionally whole and completely healed from the pain of our past, we must be transparent with God and ourselves so that we can heal in all areas of our life as we learn to change our thought patterns about whom we are based on how Christ sees us. It is through receiving the love of Jesus Christ in our hearts that we receive healing, and our lives are transformed as his healing power gives us the freedom to turn our pain into purpose.
