About the Book

The book is plain and simple. It’s just about a surprising bonding between a fox and a Rottweiler dog who were both happy to find a friend. This is a written attempt as requested by my son Jeffrey, knowing I like to write stories and make up stories at bedtime for both my sons—Jeffrey and Andrew. Perhaps my grandchildren will enjoy the short story and will also like it because their Nan wrote it with children and grandchildren in mind. Benny is a real family Rottweiler who is friendly and always happy. He is overjoyed to have company at his house of the human kind and other family pets as well.

About the Author

Born, raised, married and had children all in Pennsylvania, living in Pennsylvania all my life. Graduated from Nursing School in the 60”s and attempted to write a book about “Nursing Helps for the Cardiac Patient which was a real goal but was unable to continue with my writing. Later on in years, I did a correspondence course in “Writing for Children and Teenagers”, but again was unable to continue. Now hopefully, the third time is a charm. Retired and enjoying my children and grandchildren, I am happy to leave this little book for anyone to enjoy, especially my family. Moving forward, perhaps this will encourage others to complete an item on their bucket list. This is one of mine. Although retired from nursing, I still keep my hand in taking care of private clients. It is the passion and compassion to care for children and adults that keeps me the happiest. To finalize, I also have a passion for animals as I have tended to a feral cat for several years and have two of my own house cats.
