About the Author

Elizabeth is an Author, Artist, Speaker, and Educator. She’s exhibited her art pieces at Lincoln Center Cork Gallery and numerous galleries throughout New York City; Long Island, New York; and many other galleries, just to name a few. Elizabeth is the author and illustrator of The Beginning Adventures of Popeye & Biscuit, And Along Came Dixie Lou, illustrator of One Inch At A Time, What A Difference A Day Makes, and Through My Angel’s Eyes. She has juried local Art Shows and has received numerous accolades locally and nationwide. She lives by the motto “We need to face life’s challenges with a smile on our faces and our heads held up high.”
