The monograph deals with interpretation of the essence of the investment project management system at industrial enterprises given the impact of environment factors with the view of meeting interests of all parties interested. The structure of each stage of the process of investment project management at industrial enterprises was examined. The major elements of the investment project management system at industrial enterprises were analyzed and characterized. The relation of the substep of making a decision on participation of enterprises in investment project and the substep of setting objectives and tasks, project budget, the volume of project financing, expenditure, and forecasted revenues is established. It was determined that only on condition of interaction of the given elements of the investment project management system the project participants can have the desired economic and social effects. It was established that implementation of investment projects, which carry economic, social, and innovative effect, will promote development of the region and will be attractive to foreign investors. It was concluded that management system is an open system as it takes into account the impact of external and internal environment factors, is able to assess risks, and develop measures and techniques of avoiding their adverse effect. The stage hierarchy of investment project management at enterprises given risks of external and internal environment was suggested. The monograph is recommended for students and faculty of economic departments of institutions of levels III and IV of accreditation, for specialists in investment management, and for specialists in research and design.
