The Collected Christmas Stories is a collection of tales written especially for reading aloud. The themes offer subjects that appeal to younger children and progress to interest young adults as well. The stories were originally written to entertain a neighboring family’s children. The author was encouraged to put the stories into book form for the enjoyment of those who find pleasure in the traditions of Christmas.

About the Author

John McKey is a retired advertising executive who, besides writing fiction for young readers, enjoys landscape painting, golf and horseback riding. His interest in history is reflected in several of his stories, as is also his enthusiasm for music. For many years he and his late wife competed as amateur ballroom dancers winning the North American Senior Championships and four times winning the United States Senior Championships. He now divides his time between his homes in New England and Florida.
