Greta the baker loves to make gluten-free treats, and she whips up tasty, flourless goodies. But soon her cozy home is invaded by Warren the weasel who insists there is a mouse in her house, and he is there to help. With assistance from Warren and her friends, Greta creates a variety of dishes to entice the mouse to leave her hiding place. They make peanut butter cookies and crab cakes and macaroni and cheese. Nothing seems to work. Then, Greta realizes the truth about Warren’s intentions. In a world filled with so many diversities and disabilities, Mrs. Wheat-Wickliffe didn’t want to leave any of her friends out, so she wrote her new book about a gluten-free baker and the friendships she made along the way.
