About the Book

Twenty years after the Vietnam war, Jake, USAF, and Crow, Navy SEAL, escape from POW camps. Meeting by chance, they head west evading the Vietnam army. In Laos Ed, USMC, and Michelle join them. A drug gang wants them dead. The U.S. Embassy believes them dead. They continue west, overcoming many obstacles, hoping to reunite with their families.

About the Author

Galen Hobbs graduated with a degree in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His working career includes banking, retail sales, accounting, and income taxes. In the last fifteen years he has been active in youth mission work. This is his first novel, written at the challenge of his wife.
