The Audacity of Conviction

Truth is Eternal John the Baptist was beheaded in prison! Stephen and John Mark were stoned to death! Magdalene was pursued to death! Labbeus was killed in a fray! Herod beheaded James, brother of John! Julius was devoured in a lion’s den! Nero murdered Paul and Peter! Barnabas was taken captive off the coast of Pamphylia and slewed by sword! These litany of assassinations, too numerous to recount, happened for one single course—the audacity of convictions of victims who bore witness for a Truth bringer—Jesus Christ. Yet, we fail to reckon with the fact that he who has gained recognition of Truth can never be afraid to serve It up to point of death. Jesus too was murdered for same reason—for proclaiming the Living Truth! Yet, we absolved ourselves of this crime by claiming that it was exactly what God wanted, as only means to wash away our sins! Yet the working of the Laws of this wonderful Creation always correct every false step we have taken wrongly. For example whilst Paul superintended over the stoning of Stephen in Jerusalem, Barnabas, a Roman, formerly Bruticus, beheaded John the Baptist, even though he was not the official executioner. Both Paul and Barnabas were also murdered as cited above. Are these two examples not sufficient warnings that we reap exactly what we sowed? Nevertheless, what Paul and Barnabas experienced is not an isolated case, because no one is ever protected from the consequences of the Law of reciprocity. Therefore even if we believe in the blood of Jesus, it will avail us nothing against the Laws. Rib of Adam? ‘’And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman’’. Gen. 2:22 Without going beyond literary interpretation of it, men-folks seized on the contents of this statement to place heavy yoke of inferiority upon shoulders of womanhood. But contrary to this age-long belief, Eve was not even created from the rib of Adam! For how can a woman be made from man when actually she is half a step higher than him in spiritual hierarchy? God did not even create any human being either as a male or a female, as is often assumed! True, God granted the petition of each spirit germ to gain self-consciousness, but He never intervened on how each spirit germ choose the sexes, because that decision was reserved for free will of each human being. Therefore, the choice of our sexes was determined by ourselves, according to our awakening volitions. Women, your sacred rights was taken away through this false belief! Only knowledge of Truth can liberate you from this heavy yoke! Empty tomb, myth or reality? Building a Castle on the air – any idea that Jesus resurrected in flesh is nothing but religious flippancy, at best mere flight of phantasy. This belief is nothing but trivial nonsense of an empty prattler, because there are other credible reasons to explain why the tomb was empty! So what is time? The Macmillan English dictionary defines time as: ‘’the quantity that you measure using a clock’’. But how was this ‘’quantity’’ measured before the clock was invented? Obviously this definition is seriously flawed, because it attaches too much importance to the role of a mere mechanical device. When our earth was young, men lived thousands of years on it! Biblical Methuselah lived 969, and Noah died at age 950. What type of calendars recorded these events? The Julian calendar was flawed on the ground that it did not reflect length of year accurately. Yet, the Gregorian calendar that abolished it merely added one day after every 128 years! Sexual preference is not root cause of homosexuality Homosexuality is gross violation of spiritual laws. When combined with other elements, its phenomenon is strong enough to form strong basis of attraction between individuals of same sex! However, the fact that we still find gays among married men gives cogent proof that sexual gratification is not the driving element for homosexuality. Being constantly in company of opposite sex does not suffice, because something more powerful draws them to same sex—attraction of what is spiritually homogeneous! What formed the basis of that homogeneity is fully x-rayed in this work. Meanwhile some have fingered suppressions of bodily instinct in celibacy as a strong basis. If this assumption is true, then every priest will become a gay! Even though practice of celibacy does not swing with the Laws of Creation, it still contributes something to phenomenon of homosexuality. Is leadership in real crisis? It can hardly ever be guaranteed that democratic processes will produce the best leadership material a society needs at every critical turning points. No thanks to ‘’rat race syndrome’’ in electioneering. Unfortunately participatory democracy can never dispense with electioneering, as essential element of it. In politicking, the Wisdom of Solomon can hardly match the age of Methuselah, when majority of voters embrace sentimentality, to repudiate calm objectivity. Coldly and calculating, this syndrome has pushed otherwise credible politicians to deceptive mote of partisanship. Rightly considered, the electorates themselves turned politicians to monsters; and politicking to game of deception. It makes sense to conclude that a people rightly deserves the type of leadership it gets. Surely, a fantastically corrupt society can hardly produce honest politicians, because as politicking is turned to survival of the deadest, credible politicians will drag their reputation in the mud. Jesus Personality? Jesus was never a Jew nor a Christian! Yet according to present way of thinking, He is Son of God, Son of Man, Lamb of God and Lion of Tribe of Judah at one and same time! Incredulous? The publishers of King James Version sowed part of this confusion. Whilst its 1945 declared Jesus as: ‘’Lamb of God, which beareth the sins of the world’’. (John 1:29). Its current edition ‘turned’ Jesus to: ‘’Lamb of God, which taketh away the sins of the world’’. Yet one is not able to reconcile these contradictory statements!
