I made about six or eight trips around the block. It looked like they were asleep, and six inches of snow had fallen. I was tired, cold and sick to my stomach. There was nothing to do but hit the house. "Suck it up pussy", I said to myself as I pulled up to the house and walked to the front door. Shortly after ringing the bell the door opened and it was my guy alright, but there was a glass storm door between us, locked. I think he realized immediately he had made a mistake, as I pulled my .45 out and aimed it at him....

About the Book
I wrote this book to inform and entertain people about a most misunderstood profession. I wanted to convey the fact that I am not some superhuman or a supercool character out of a movie but just some guy trying to make a living in a hard and dangerous profession.
About the Author
Tony Smith was born and raised along the Nebraska, Colorado border, of Scotch-Irish Cherokee ancestry. He was a standout athlete in numerous sports and an Eagle Scout. He left home as a teenager with a worn out pickup, a saddle and an old six-shooter. He eventually drifted south into the Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico region breaking and shoeing horses and cowboying. After a series of debilitating rodeo injuries left him crippled, he took up a serious study of the martial arts in an attempt to heal himself. After earning black belt ranking in several styles, he used his skills to work as a bodyguard and bounty hunter and eventually owned a successful bail bond business and a working cattle ranch.
