About the Book

FRENCH FOR SUCCESS is written to facilitate progressive acquisition of a solid base in French grammar. Book 1 enables beginners and those who seek to refresh their memories on the basic elements of French grammar previously learned. Users will be able to: • Introduce themselves and others • Make correct sentences about their nationalities and professions • To use articles and gender correctly • Distinguish masculine and feminine adjectives • Count up to 1 million, tell time, master the days of the week, and months of the year • Make rapid progress as they do the exercises that follow each theme.

About the Author

The author has a degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka as well as a certificate of advanced studies in Intercultural Relations from University of Geneva. He taught French in secondary schools in Lagos, Nigeria. He currently works as an independent translator and interpreter in Switzerland.
