About the Book

Bobby Bear watches the other children ride their bikes. “If only I could ride a bike,” cried Bobby sadly. Overhearing this, Father Bear decides to help. However, Bobby Bear soon finds that riding a bike is not as easy as he thought. Will Father Bear use this opportunity to share some of his Big Bear wisdom with his son Bobby? Can he teach Bobby Bear to choose courage instead of fear?

About the Author

Lucy McVeigh is the mother of six adult children who recently became a grandmother. Instilling in her own family a love of reading, Lucy was inspired to write stories for children. She delights in sharing her wisdom, gained over many years, with children so that they can apply to it to their lives from an early age. Lucy lives in Northern Ireland, in the beautiful backdrop of the Mourne Mountains.
