About the Book
The Dog is a playful puppy who wants to play with his friends. In search of a great adventure, the Dog asks his friends to come join him and enjoy the day together. All he wants to do is have a good time. To the Dog, being around his friends is what he enjoys the most. But sometimes in life, the people you depend on aren’t there for you. How will the Dog manage without his friends? Who will be free to play with him? Will he find a friend to play with? Or will he have to spend the day by himself?
About the Author
Trevor Callanan Murray is a published author of five books. He lives in Santa Clarita, California, with his wife and their son, Aiden. He wrote “Come Play with Me” because he wanted to talk about a character and his friends. All he wants to do is have fun and be with his friends. Trevor wants to tell a story and allow his readers the option to write and color within his book. He has a new vision for children's stories that he wants to follow, beginning with this book. When Trevor was a child, all he wanted to do was play around. Trevor grew up loving to color, write, and draw. This story incorporates all those aspects. With his illustrator, Juan Andalon, they are creating a new vision in telling your children a story. This is Juan's first book and the first time that he and Trevor are working together.
