About the Author

I was born and raised in rural southwest Missouri. My husband and I raise alpacas. They are very mild-mannered sweet animals and always seem to have bad hair. When I speak to children, very few of them know what an alpaca is. I want to give them the opportunity to meet Alli and her friends and find out more about alpacas.
