About the Book

Praise for Happily Separating “Wise advice from two very competent and caring attorneys. Must reading for anyone who is contemplating separation or divorce.” — Jonathan A. Azrael, Attorney “I have always lived by the principle that “you can disagree without being disagreeable.” “Happily Separating” makes for a good title and a good book. Following the common sense approach of this book can certainly help spare misery on the part of all concerned.” — Mitchell Wohlberg, Rabbi “Family Lawyers Harvey Okun and Alan Billian have created a “must read” tutorial of how to separate with grace, dignity and good mental health.” — Dr. Jim Dasinger, Psychologist “For many years, I have referred family law cases to Harvey Okun, Esquire. My clients are highly satisfied with his knowledge of the law and his skills in the courtroom. This book is valuable to anyone who is contemplating separation.” — Andrew C. Stone, Attorney ”The advice and life lessons contained within these pages are offered out of genuine concern for Alan Billian and Harvey Okun’s clients and prospective clients. I know this to be true because I have been the recipient of this advice and concern. Alan Billian was thorough in his preparation for trial and it showed in the courtroom.” — Cindy Williams, Paralegal
