Hairy Krishne tells the story of how Jennifer, an only child, got her very own dog. If your house is “PET FRIENDLY,” getting a pooch isn’t a problem; however, if pets are on the “NOT WANTED list” it can be a “BONE OF CONTENTION!” As a “NO PETS” parent you’ll need some very good reasons why having a pet is NOT such a wonderful idea. About the Author

Joseph Sarbo, retired teacher, has worked with young people for over 50 years. His students wrote plays, books, cookbooks, presented puppet shows and “how to” workshops, visited nursing homes, even planted flowers and shrubs. The learning process that began in the classroom ended with a presentation in the community.
