My name is Steele, Ms. Steele to you my Mellow. Without warning Steele pulls out her loaded nickel plated pistol. SHOTS are fired! HOODLUM Oh shhhhiiit! She shot me! Aaaaah! I’m shot! I’m shot! Oh God! She fucking shot me! Hoodlum’s crew jumps into a fury of hysteria. Hired Hand pulls out his revolver. HIRED HAND Baby Doll...what the fuck! Come on, lets get outta here. Lets go! Hoodlum’s boys rush to his side as he lies bleeding on the basketball court. GUY#2 Oh shit! She shot Hoodlum! HOODLUM Aaaah shit! Shoot her, ice her ass. GUY#1 We didn’t bring our heat! We left them shits in the car. Get him up. Steele swerves her pistol from side to side forcing Hoodlum’s boys back from his bleeding body.

About the Author
Steven Jackson, a native of New York City, spent two terms in the United States Military as a young adult. He was honorably discharged from the army a few years after his second term. Thereafter, Jackson studied real estate and worked to become a successful Real Estate Broker, where he practiced in the suburbs of Long Island. A few short years later, Jackson took a turn in his career to pursue acting. He worked for Universal City Studios in the production of "Friday Night Lights," directed by Peter Burg. Followed by Roland Emerich's Production "Day After Tomorrow." Inspired by working with these films, Jackson pursued his own creative writing. His crafty projects include stories based on true events and other horror's that will have you on the edge of your seat. Currently, Steven Jackson is a published writer with Author House Publishing Company. Along with Numbers... A Gangsta's Child Jackson has written two other books; "Instant Message" (IM) is a love story made online, filled with sex, lies and hatred. (IM) will take you into the lives of those who text their way into the hearts of lonely souls who search for love on the Internet. "Blood Thinner Than Mine", is about a pediatrician in a diabolical plot to secretly extract strains of DNA from disabled puppies and mentally ill children. He plan is to create the world's first animal to speak the human language.
