Este libro está basado, en su mayor parte, en las experiencias de Isaac Trinidad como ciudadano común e inversionista a la vez. About the Author

Isaac is married to Shirley Trinidad Marichal and is the father of four children (William, Mario, Shirley and Shamira); they were the inspiration to write this book. Isaac is a real estate consultant and a business, personal, and spiritual coach. He was a US Navy veteran (1996–2000) aboard an amphibious ship and aircraft carrier called Saipan (LHA-2) in Norfolk, Virginia. There he held various positions, including that of commissioner of the Hispanic Heritage Committee, an event celebrated in the United States from September 15 to October 15 each year. He joined the US Air Force Reserves on August 12, 2002, to help after the attacks of 9/11, this time as military police, at the base that is home to the presidential plane, Air Force One, in Maryland. Isaac is a graduate of the University of Grand Canyon University (GCU), Phoenix, Arizona, with bachelor’s degrees in applied science and business management. After completing his contract with the military in 2005, he moved to the Dominican Republic. While there, he entered the world of real estate where a year later, he made his first important sale. It was in 2007 when he stopped and observed that the Dominican Republic is a country with beautiful beaches, mountains, and mines of gold, marble, silver, amber, etc., which still has many untapped places that have not been explored. He decided to launch and carry out what he had in mind: to enable a place on the web to showcase the different types of hotel projects, apartment complexes, shopping centers, solar energy projects, and mining, among other Dominican things in places where you can invest safely. Today Isaac is enjoying life to the fullest with his wife and four children, giving speeches on TV and at events, and helping to change the lives of hundreds of people, one at a time.
