"Boys come inside and wash up for dinner!" Mom yelled from the kitchen window, "OK!" the two boys screamed running through the door "Joey, what's wrong?" Mom said. "He is afraid he won't have friends at school tomorrow." Alex said with a chuckle. "Be nice Alex. I remember you had the same problem and then you met Sean on your first day. Encourage your brother!" Mom said patting Joey's head "Don't worry, there will be another child there thinking the same thing. Just be brave and walk up and say "Hi, I am Joey do you want to play?" works every time!" Joey ate his dinner and went off to bed still a little worried, but excited to go to school.

About the Book
Back To School is about a small boy who is going to PreK for the first time. Joey is experiencing anxiety about not being able to make friends in a new setting, school. With reassurance from his family and teachers Joey is able to transition and have a great first day at school.
