About the Author

I learned Yi Jin Jing at High School Kuo Shu club as an exercise to stretch muscle and tendon. I found that it helped me with my posture and health in general. I did not know much about the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. However, western medicine knowledge about human anatomy and physiology did help me to understand this exercise routine for health. In 2002, a Chinese Qi Gong association compiled 12 postures. I compared some old notes from 1970s. We reformulated my practice. The content of this book was from my research and redefined practice.
