About the Book

There are those who will do anything to stop the embryonic stem cell research. They say they are doing God’s work. Could be, or is there a hidden truth? Anti-stem cell demonstrators occupy the Free Forum area across from Mike’s office. They plague him, but that, too, is not the whole truth. Is there a connection between Mike and their leader, and does a connection emerge between Mike and the woman he thinks of as “Eyes?” The truth of the promise of stem cells may have to wait. Then again, it is just possible you may catch a glimpse into the future.

BRUCE R. SWINBURNE knows higher education. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the U. of Northern Iowa--commissioned in the United States Marine Corp the day he graduated--served as a platoon commander, company executive officer, and company commander.
