About the Author

AUTOBIGRAPHY At the age of four, I asked my grandfather what the odd shaped thing was at the foot of his bed. He told me it was a dumbbell or free weight that he used frequently to stay strong and healthy. My grandfather survived WW11 and health problems because he always remained fit and alert. His mind is still very sharp and he will soon celebrate his 92nd birthday. I always enjoy the history lessons and stories about his past. Growing up, I didn’t realize the impact that this type of lifestyle would provide long term, but it is never too late become healthy and fit. I spent a most of my life at home and missed out on a good part of my life because I did not feel well. I attribute better health to the information I provide in “Black Jack” to lose fat and “Black Jack” to get your health back. With over twenty five years experience in healthcare, I have observed first hand what repercussions poor health has on the body and did not want to become a patient, so I developed a program that I have been able to commit to three days a week in the comforts of my own home. In less than two years I have been able to decrease my body fat percentage, inches and size. I feel and look better than ever and no longer miss out on life.
