Once In a Lifetime You live once and die once, so should we call this life once in a lifetime? I don’t think you got that so let me repeat that! You live once and die once, so should we call this lifetime once in a lifetime? We live to work, work to live. Is this our once in a lifetime dream Shit to me that’s how it seems. The things, one thinks about when one believes. Reminiscing on this thing we call “life” Every day I hear something different on this thing called “live right”. Pray, Keep God First: be happy: make life for what it’s worth. Yes this all sounds good, but everybody has a different research. Is it Adam and eve, evolution or is it just plain old man came from the sky? If I believe in something different Do I differently die? I’m pretty deep the things that run through my mind. Random time…………………………. Is the internet for pedophiles or just vulnerable kids? Maybe just both that’s how they get connected. Or is our generation infected by this thing called technology? Everybody is in competition for the new monopoly. Got to work late then they docked me. All I do is move up but people always try to knock me. Think a man’s cute, then my world he rocks me. You see things are pretty simple in this lifetime. We choose to live, live to choose. I am an opportunist I am not anyone’s fool. Do you consider me cruel? I am getting this lifetime once in a lifetime you see. I really don’t think you get me. Is what I am saying to over the top? Should I be talking about Now o Laters or Ring Pops? I know I should stop. We live once and die once So live this lifetime like it’s once in a life time.

About the Book
My book No More Rules:Black Poetry inspired black Art is a very unique Poetry Book. Poems inspired by various famous black Artist paintings and or sculptures. The poems inspire one to take responsibility of their life, being open and having empathy to a different mindset. No More Rules will also enlighten those to the beauty of different Art forms.
About the Author
Ebaneza Headbands was inspired by Ebonie Ealey. Ebonie Ealey is an up and coming author and entrepreneur. Ebonie always has enjoyed fashion and poetry since she was a young girl. Pursing her dream in Fashion Ebonie Ealey competed in Hal's Jackson Talented teen in Passaic County NJ. She won the competition in 2003 with an original monologue inspired by one of her poems. Following that competition, she ran for Miss Hal Jackson Talented teen of NJ. She placed second runner up. That year she was able to go the St. Thomas Virgin Islands and experience the beauty of the island. She then continued with her education at Syracuse University. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies. She studied a year abroad in Madrid her junior year of college. During that time she worked at European Vibe promoting clubs and interning with their magazine section. After a wonderful traveling experience in Europe, in 2009 Ebonie Ealey moved to Rota Spain with her husband. During this time they conceived a beautiful baby girl Chyanne Marie. Ebonie Brings fashion where ever she goes. She created a fashion club "Passion for Fashion" group in Rota Spain for children of the ages 10-18. She brought the children information about different cultures fashion, taught them how to runway walk and how be confident in front of a crowd. With Ebonie's passion for fashion and love for sharing, it encouraged her to start her company Ebaneza's Headband. During this time Ebonie began to self publish her book “No More Rules: Black Poetry Inspired by Black Art”. Ebonie has been working on this book since her senior year of college. Ebonie has always dreamed of being an author, and now her dream has come true.
