Nowadays, governments, world wide, try to ease and reduce the cost of transactions for its citizen customers as well as private business companies. Those customers need fast and reliable methods to complete their transactions in shorter time. Therefore, it is time that governments are required to establish their Electronic Government Service; Saudi Arabia. government is not an exception as there are many obstacles that greatly slow down customer's transactions. The Saudi government is supposed to do its best to remove those obstacles that slow down the industrial market development and economic growth in Saudi Arabia. Those obstacles in the path of establishing E-Government services slow down attracting international investment money to Saudi Arabia and developing the Saudi industries.


About the Author

Khalid Mohammed Al-Muzher has twenty years of technical work experience with Saudi Aramco and Maaden Phosphate companies in Saudi Arabia. He is an engineer in instrumentation, automation and control. He holds master degree in business administration and IT from Hull University in London, UK. He is pursuing his PHD in IT research in E-Government from the Asian e University. The author has participated in Saudi Arabia gifted students program in 2006 as the chairman of the Artificial Intelligence program held by Saudi Aramco company teaching 46 students aged 14-18 years old. Since 2006, he is keen to develop youngsters’ kids and teen’s boys and girls to be innovative and strategic thinkers. He will publish this diary in four different languages English, Arabic, Tagalog and China mainland language. Next diary edition will be in china mainland language.
